LOVE2Heal was born through Gemma’s experience, both personally and professionally, from being witness of incredible healing and shifts of mental wellbeing, individuals’ perspective of life, and physical pain, when they connected to their heart and their light within.
LOVE2Heal builds a foundation of deeper connection to your body with a greater sense of love, trust and acceptance of self.
When we begin to truly Listen and Observe our bodies, we begin to fully appreciate the miracle that we all are, and begin a journey of courage and curiosity to connect and trust our innate wisdom. Through breathwork, holding space for ourselves and Visualisation, we enable a process of letting go of old un-serving patterns and belief systems.
